Herbert "Graden" Legg, 62, of Harrison, entered into rest October 2, 2012.
Born April 17, 1950 in Widen, he was the son of Dimple Lane Legg of Harrison and the late John Ralph Legg. In addition to his father he is also preceded in death by his younger brother John Legg II.
Graden was a Navy Veteran and work for Foodland in Clay, WV, for 35 years, and was a member of the Flat Fork Baptist Church in Harrison.
Graden is also survived by his longtime companion Vickie Nottingham of Clay and her son Adam, brothers, Roger Legg of Clay, Lynn (Stephaine) Legg of Harrison, sisters, Patricia (Bill) Tyo of Gassaway, Rachel (Jerry) Massey of Pinch and sister-in-law Alyce Legg of Loudonville, OH, 3 aunts, 1 uncle several nieces and nephews, many many cousins, and a host of friends.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay, with Ministers, Danny Taylor, Wayne Litton, Lonnie Ramsey and Terry Bevins officiating. Burial will follow in Clay Memorial Gardens, Clay.
