Herb and family, I am so sorry that my friend and neighbor has passed away. Elsie Lou and I were 14 days apart and grew up together next door to each other. I have so many memories of us and I know your heart is heavy as is mine. She is in a better place and we'll all meet again some day.

The passing of a dear loved one, is a difficult experience for the family. Sorry for your loss. The best friend that a bereaved family can have, is our Heavenly Father and God, Jehovah. He is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ and the hearer of prayer. He invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7; 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4: Psalms 65:2.
