I experienced the same loss that you are going through 42 years with my first child. My Dr gave me the best advice - Find a good friend that will let you talk about it, cry, and talk some more. They aren’t there to fix it- only to support you and whatever your needs may be at the moment- some water, fresh box of tissues, something to eat, sleep, etc. I will pray for you and your Angel in heaven.
