Tommy Lynn (Marling) Bucklin

Tommy Lynn Bucklin, formerly known as Tommy Lynn Marling, passed away on March 24th, 2024, in Canton, OH, at the age of 58. She was born on September 02, 1965, in Albion Village, NY to Linda Marling (Samples) and the late George Marling. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her sister-in-law Ernie, and mother-in-law Goldie Woods.

Tommy will be dearly missed by her husband Wilbur Bucklin, her children Jessica, Robbie, And Bobbie her 8 grandchildren, her mother Linda Samples/Marling, sister Terri Marling and George Ann Rapp. As well as her brothers Thad and Luke Marling.

Tommy graduated from Clay County High School in 1983 and she dedicated over 30 years of her life as an STNA caregiver at Laurels of Massillon, OH where she was beloved by her colleagues and residents alike. Her passion for caregiving was evident in the love and dedication she showed in her work.

In her free time, Tommy enjoyed traveling and spending quality time at home family. Her warm and caring nature touched the lives of many. Family and friends are invite to attend the visitation on Friday 03/29/2023 from 6pm to 8pm and the funeral services on Saturday 03/30/2024 at 1pm at Wilson’s funeral home on main street in Clay, WV.

Tommy Lynn Bucklin’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
