Bennie Sanford Robinson

Bennie Sanford Robinson, 70, of Newton, WV passed away February 26, 2026, at his home.

Bennie was born May 5, 1955, to Mildred Mae Robison in Indianapolis, IN. He lived most of his adult life in the Rittman, OH area with his departed wife, Phyllis Lemon Robinson and their 2 daughters, Melissa Dawn (currently residing in Florida) and Sheila Marie (currently residing in Ohio) before moving to Newton, WV in 2023 with his special friend, Helen McGraw. 

Bennie is survived by his special friend, Helen. Daughters, Melissa and Shelia, sisters Victoria Ball, of Rittman, Ohio, Gloria Jean Burtnett of Conway, SC, Karen Fink of Andalusia, AL, and brother Ernie Adams, JR of Fountain, FL. 

He also survived by numerous grandkids, and nieces and nephews. 

Bennie was proceeded in death by his wife, Phyllis Robinson, his mother Mildred Adams, brother, Tommy Robinson. Sisters Carrie Mae Pelfrey, Rosa Marie Saxton. 

Graveside Service for Bennie will be held on March 12, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Wallback, WV
