Cathy Lynn Adkins Lilly, 71 of Clay WV, went home to be with the good Lord Monday November 20,2023

Cathy was a retired beautician, loving mother, grandmother (NanNan) to her two grand babies, they were her everything, and a friend to many.

Cathy was the daughter to the late Ora Edgle Adkins and Faye Jane (Samples) Grose.

Cathy is survived by her daughter, Robyn Lynn Lilly Scott and her husband James K Scott III, daughters father Robin C. Lilly, stepfather Roy J. Grose, and her 2 grandchildren Tristan Ora and Kennley Jane.

Cathy will be laid to rest at a later time with her dad and mom at Adkins Cemetery in Little Blue Creek.
