Denzil Blaine Sears

Denzil Blaine Sears, 68 of Chloe, entered into rest after a short illness at CAMC Memorial on November 24, 2025.

He was the son of the late Dallas and Evelyn (Hall) Sears of Chloe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Dana.

Denzil was a retired pipeline from ST Pipeline.

He is survived by his son, Dorse Sears of Charleston, WV and daughter, Heather Sears of Chloe, WV. He is also survived by brothers, Ronnie, Zyndall (Zeke), Donnie and Dennis; sisters, Roslee, Norma and Sharon.

Denzil lived a simple life. He loved his family, his horses, working on his farm and tractors and his birds. He loved all his friends. Denzil built musical instruments, primarily banjos and fiddles. He passed down his love for music and animals to Dorse and Heather.

There will be no service at this time.
