Donald is Survived by one daughter Beverly (Mark) Mathis, of Hendersonville, NC, and three grandchildren.

Funeral Service for Donald will be held on Friday July 29, 2022, at Wilson Smith Funeral Home, Clay, WV at 11:00 am, Burial will follow at the Hardman Cemetery, Nebo WV.
