Donald Ron Moore

Donald Ron Moore, age 70 of Bickmore, WV passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025. He was born on September 01, 1954, in Charleston, WV to Ronzo and Maxine (Hamrick) Moore.

Don was a retired coal miner who loved what he did. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Brenda, his son Don “Mack” Moore (Virginia), his daughter Tonya Moore (Jeremy), his bonus children Ronald Lane (Amanda), Billy Lane, Nathan Lane, Brenda Griffin-McCutcheon (Dwayne), Julie Cubbedge (Dean), and Amy Lane, his brothers Robert Moore (Kim), Randy Moore (Heylim), Roger Keith Moore (Rose), his sisters Nancy Knapp, Sandra Bowen (Doug), Rhonda Tye (Dan), 17 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Richard Allen Moore, Larry Wayne Gibson, and Ronnie Dean Moore.

Family and friends are invited to join us at the Wilson-Smith Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, from 6pm to 8pm.

Don will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who knew and loved him especially his best friend Travis Mullins.
