Doris Madalyn Hughes

Doris Madalyn Butcher Hughes, 94, of Clay entered into rest on August 6, 2023, in Mon General Hospital in Morgantown, WV after a short illness.

She was a member of the Trinity Missionary Baptist Church.

Born on April 28, 1929, to the late Frank and Selena (Elswick) Holcomb.

She is survived by her four children, Jim Butcher of Texas, Carol Brown of Maysel, Michael Butcher of Beverly and Kevin Butcher of Charleston, WV; 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Memorial Service will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, Maysel, WV, a one-hour visitation prior to the service from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm.
