Earl F. "Frank" Bullard

Earl F. "Frank" Bullard 78, of Maysel, WV, passed away Monday, April 21st at Thomas Memorial Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clay and Edith Bullard, and an infant brother.

Frank was a retired postmaster having served twenty years as the postmaster of Maysel, WV and was also a self employed barber for twenty years in Maysel, WV.

Frank was a member of the Masonic Lodge #97 in Clay, WV, and was a lifetime member of the Clay VFW Post 4419, having served four years during the Korean War in the USAF.

Frank accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior in March of this year.

He is survived by two sons, Franklin (Leah) of Ormond Beach, FL and Mark of Charleston, WV. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Krista Parcell (George), Joshua, Chelsea and Jacob Bullard, all of WV. He is also survived by one great-grandchild, Brady, also of WV. Brothers: Harry Bullard of Columbus, OH, Carry Bullard of Charleston, WV, Garry Bullard of Maysel, WV and one sister, Olive Friend of Maysel, WV.

Frank's most joy came from spending time and visiting with his grandchildren and great grandson.

Service will be at 1:00 pm Friday, April 25th, at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Clay, WV, with Pastor Ralph Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Wallback.

Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Thursday April 24th, at the funeral home.
