James Argil Brown

James Argil Brown, 79, of Bickmore entered into rest Saturday, March 22, 2025.

Born September 5, 1945, in Clay, he was the son of the late Lee and Myrtle Brown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patty Mae Brown; sons, Bobby Brown, Argil Robin Brown and Argil Robin Brown II.

James is survived by his sons, Darin, Jamie, Larry and daughter, Lisa. 16 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, March 28, 2025, at Wilson Smith Funeral Home, Clay, WV with visitation one hour prior to the service 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in the Sunset Cemetery, Leatherwood Road, Bickmore, WV.
