James Samuel Mills

James Samuel Mills (Jimmy), 50, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2024, at his home in Delray Beach, FL.

He is survived by his brother, Thomas of Wallback, WV and his daughter, Charley (10) of Delray Beach, FL. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Thomas and Margaret (Margy) of Wallback, WV.

Jim was a leading gourmet chef and owner of the popular and well-reviewed Jimmy’s Bistro in Delray Beach, FL.  He was charming, energetic, fun-loving and will be missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be 4:00 pm, Saturday May 25, 2024, with a one-hour visitation from 3:00pm - 4:00pm at Wilson Smith Funeral Home, Clay, WV
