Jerry Lee Smith

Jerry Lee Smith, 65 of Clay enter into rest on January 2, 2025.

Born on February 28, 1959, to Joyce Ann Smith and the late Henry Franklin Smith “Bud”. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his sister, Debbie, brothers, Robin and Jamie, nephew Derek and niece Molly.

He is survived by his children, Morgan (Kade) McCoy and Mason Smith (Hannah); mother, Joyce Ann Smith; 8 grandchildren Addison, Easton, Raelynn, Jaxon, Ava, Laina, James and Jensen.

Jerry was a car salesman for multi dealerships in the Kanawha Valley for several years. He retired from Cass Railroad.

Jerry loved turkey hunting, trout fishing, riding his Harley, gardening and spending time with his loved ones. He loved all his family. May he forever rest in peace.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 10, 2025, at Wilson Smith Funeral Home, Clay, WV with visitation one hour prior to the service from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in the Douglas cemetery, Ivydale, WV.
