Lowell "Tom" Bodkins

Lowell Thomas Bodkins, 73 of Charleston passed away on January 9, 2024, after a short illness.

He was born on May 14, 1950, to the late Edgar and Madeline Bodkins of Lizemores, WV. 

He is survived by his daughter, Kate and grandson Braley Bodkins. Also survived by siblings, Jerry (Tonia), J.B.(Barbara), Beverly (Fred), Debbie, Pam (Gene), Candy (Roger). He was loved by a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy.

A funeral service will be held at Wilson Smith Funeral Home, Clay, WV at 1:00 pm on Saturday January 13, 2024, with a visitation for friends and family from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm.

Burial will be held Tuesday January 16, 2024, at 1:00 pm Donel C. Kinnard Memorial Veterans Cemetery at Institute, WV.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
