Michael Glenn Naylor

Michael Glenn Naylor, 72, of Clay, WV passed away peacefully on March 17, 2024, at his home in Clay County.  Mike was born on October 02, 1951, to Daniel and Sylvia (Legg) Naylor.  

He is survived by his significant other Nikki Yakubik of 13 years, his three daughters, Tracy Naylor (Rick) of Duck, WV, Frankie (Robert) Underwood of Summersville, WV, and Jennifer (Darren) Hansen of Marietta, OH. He leaves behind five grandchildren, Shala (Brett), Monica, Zoe, Owen, and Joel. He also leaves behind nine great grandchildren, one sister Margie (Art) Nicholas, one brother Blaine (Pat) Naylor, and several nieces and nephews.  

Mike was preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Sylvia (Legg) Naylor and the following brothers, Kent (Connie) Naylor, Dallas (Deannie) Naylor, Joe (Carol) Naylor, Paul Gene Naylor and one grandson Courtney Lee Wilson.  He was preceded in death by his sisters, Garnett (Richard) Prim, Wilma (Allen) Sharpneck, Charlotte (Bob) Hyer, Evelyn (David) Ellison, and Margaret (Frank) Shelton.  

Mike loved the simple life of being outdoors in nature.  He was an avid hunter and just shot his last ten-point buck during deer season.   He enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle on the open road, fishing, running dogs, cooking on open fires, playing cards, watching football, but most importantly spending time with his family and friends.  

Per Mikes wishes he will be cremated.  Later the family will be having a celebration of life in his honor.
