Monna Sue (Lane) Daniel

Monna Sue Daniel, 75 of Maysel, WV went to be with the Lord on February 7, 2024.  Monna was born on February 22, 1948, in Fola, WV to William Bernard and Marjorie Lee (Price) Lane of Fola, WV.  Monna loved Jesus with all her heart and will suffer no more.  Her favorite Scripture was St. John 14:6-9 KJV.

She was preceded in death by her infant daughter Vanessa Sue, her brother William Scott Lane, and her mother Marjorie.

Monna is survived by her loving husband  of 57 years, Connie Gayle Daniel; daughter Constance Renee Daniel of Fayetteville; her son Anthony Dale (Marsha) Daniel of North Carolina; five granddaughters, eleven great grandchildren and lots of nieces & nephews; Father William Bernard Lane of Bickmore; Sisters Jeanette Franklin of Bickmore, Denice Joyce Holcomb(Larry) of Bickmore, Cheryl Moore (Allen) of Lizemores, and Teresa Nesler (Garret) of Wisconsin; Brothers Eldis Lane of Clay, Mike (Nancy) Lane of Jodie, Bruce (Sandra) Lane of Clendenin, Brad (Donna) Lane of Indore, Tony (Drema) Lane of Lerona WV, and Neal (Jill) Lane of North Carolina.

 Visitation service will be held from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday February 10, 2024, at Wilson Smith Funeral Home Clay, WV with a graveside service following at 1:30 pm at Sunset Cemetery, Bickmore, WV with Minister Justin Caudle officiating.
