Phyllis Cruikshanks

Phyllis Irene Cruikshank, 70, of Wallback, WV went home to be with the Lord on November 11, 2021. She was retired from the Clay County Sheriff’s Department. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Ruby West and her father, Clarence Cruikshank and grandparents, Frank and Nina Fields. She is survived by her sisters, Cecilia West and Karen Dye, her brother, Curt West (wife, Barb West), her nephews, Chad West and Stephen Dye (wife, Jennifer Dye), her nieces, Kelly West and Michelle Dye, and great-nieces Isabella Dye and Elora Denton. A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
