Richard Harvey Mullins

Richard Harvey Mullins, 48, passed away on September 21st, 2024, at home with family members and friends.

Born on January 1st, 1976, to Nelma Mullins and the late Larry Mullins in Charleston, WV. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Grose.

Richard is survived by his son, Zachary T. Mullins of Clay, WV; daughter, Rebecca L. Mullins of Charleston, WV; mother, Nelma Mullins of Canton, Ohio; sister, Connie Lacy of Ohio; brother, Larry Mullins of Jewett, Ohio.

Richard loved being outdoors, hunting and fishing. He is the one you could give a line and bait to, and he wouldn’t leave until he could catch some type of fish.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 am, Friday, September 27, 2024, at Wilson Smith Funeral Home, Clay, WV with Minister Wayne Litton officiating. Visitation is one hour prior to the service from 10:00 am to 11:00 am for family and friends. Burial will follow in the Cummings Cemetery, Procious, WV.
