Robert Ray Bullard born March 11, 1952 left this life March 9, 2021 to meet up with his parents Burl & Louise Bullard .
Always ready to give a helping hand. Could be seen anywhere on his bicycle with a fishing pole in hand. Rob is survived by his sister June (Charlie) Anderson of Charleston, brother Rodney (Diana) of Wallback.
Graveside service will be at the Hively Cemetery Saturday March 13 at 1:00 p.m.
