Robert Gilbert Stephenson, 69 of Procious entered into rest on April 11, 2023.

Born on January 18, 1954, to the late Orvile Stewart and Nina Ruth Stephenson.

Robert worked as an Iron worker/contractor.

Robert is survived by his son, Robert E. Stephenson; sisters, Becky Shamblin of Salem, OK and Dorothy Chapman of Nitro, WV; brothers, Allen Ray Stephenson of Dry Branch and Darrell Stephenson of Summersville, WV; granddaughter, Kaylee Stephenson of Procious, WV and his companion, Debra Procious.

The funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday, April 18, 2023, with two hours viewing from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm for family and friends at Wilson Smith Funeral Home, Clay, WV with Matt Waskey officiating. Burial will follow in the Stephenson Cemetery, Pisgah Ridge Road, Clay, WV.
