Ronald William Moore peacefully entered eternal rest Monday December 27th, 2021, at Ruby Memorial Hospital after a short illness with family at his bedside. Ronald was born August 3rd, 1950, to the late Wavie Deboard and Darrel “Jiggs” Deboard. He grew up in Clay County, WV. He worked at Roseville Charcoal Plant in Bentree, WV. He enjoyed playing guitars in his free time. He was a member of Gauley Bridge House of Prayer.
He is survived by many loving family members including: Beloved wife of 50 years, Lucinda Moore, son Bobby Rucker (Heather), three sisters: Beverly Miller (Bob), Thelma Lanham (Marion), and Rebecca Moore, a brother, Jimmy Deboard, many nieces and nephews, grandchildren: Elizabeth Rucker, Bobby Rucker Jr.(Frances), Rebecca Rucker, William Rucker ( Lynn), Justin Pritt ( Kaitlyn), and Lindsey Hawkins, Great grandchildren: Emily Rucker, Eva Stover, Landon Rucker, Bryson Rucker, Payton, Emilynn, and Emberlea. Funeral Service will be held at Pennington Smith Funeral Home IN Gauley Bridge, WV. On Tuesday, January 4th, 2022, at 1:00 pm. Close friends may enter at 12:00. Graveside prayer will be conducted afterwards for those wanting to attend.
