Russell Deems

Russell Deems, 62 of Ivydale, WV went home to be with the Lord on October 8, 2022.

Born on February 4, 1960, he was the son of the late William and Audrey (Falls) Deems. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Fay Deems.

Russell is survived by his son, William (Hope) Deems of Amma and daughter, Sarah L. Drake of Ivydale; three grandchildren, Jeremiah, Glenda and Maria; sisters, Ruby Cobb and Daisy Schultz; brothers, Billy, Ell and Junior Deems.

Russell enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and being around his family and friends. He will be greatly miss by his fishing and hunting partners, William, Sarah, Junior and Arnold and many others who knew him.

Graveside service for Russell will be 1:00 pm, Wednesday, October 12, 2022, in the Deems Cemetery at Procious, WV, with Minister Jim Paxton officiating.
