Sandra Lou (Adkins) Neal

On September 19th, 2025, Sandra Lou Neal (Adkins) of Indore, WV passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones after a long illness. Sandra was born on December 16th, 1965, in Montgomery, WV to the late Porter Lee and Betty Jo Adkins (Nottingham).

Sandra was a very outgoing person and loved being outdoors with her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Porter Lee and Betty Jo Adkins (Nottingham), brothers James Shelton Nottingham and Terry (Billy) Lee Adkins, father-in-law George Harold Neal, and brother-in-law Bryant Neal.

Sandra is survived by her husband of 40 years, Jeff Edward Neal, her sons Edward Lee Neal and Richard Wayne Neal, brothers and sisters Ronald (Linda) Adkins. Margaret Loucinda Prime, Angel (Sam) Neal, and Walter (Kathy Hinman) Adkins, all of Indore, WV. She is also survived by Larry David (Lindsay) Stewart of Sanford, NC, her mother-in-law Janey Neal of Indore, WV, her brother-in-law David (Debbie) Neal of Dixie, WV, as well as many nieces and nephews whom she loved and adored. She had many great friends whom she considered family who are left to cherish her memory.
