Shylah Danae Nottingham

Our little angel, Shylah Danae Nottingham, age 19, was called home to be with the Lord on December 20, 2025. Though her time with us was far too short, her life was a beautiful reflection of God’s love.

Shylah was a cherished daughter, granddaughter, and sister. She brought light and laughter to everyone she met, and her spirit will forever remain in our hearts. We find comfort in knowing that she is now resting in the arms of Jesus, free from pain and surrounded by His eternal peace.

She is survived by her grandparents, Bryan and Nora Lynn Taylor; her mother, Rikki Taylor; her sister, Kylie Taylor; her father, Brandon Nottingham (Savannah, Aaryn and Gatlin); her grandmother, Teresa Sanford (Kenny); and she is deeply loved by many family members and friends. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be Sunday, December 28, 2025, at 2:00pm at Wilson Smith Funeral Home - 154 Main Street Clay, WV 25043. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service.
