Stephen Wayne Workman

Stephen Wayne Workman, 72, of Maysel, WV went home to be with the Lord on October 17, 2023, with his loving wife of 35 years, Judy Workman, by his side.

Steve was proceeded in death by his parents Cardell and Sylvia Workman and his sister Marsha Workman.  Along with his wife he is survived by his daughters Lisa Rogers of Ivydale, Jo (Jamie) Taylor of Wallback, and Crystal (Jim) Billups of Rittman, OH; Grandchildren Madison (Johnathan) Frazier of Winfield, Noah (Haley) Taylor of Ashland, KY, Allison Taylor of Charleston, Aaron Taylor of Wallback, Taylor (Daniel) Dennis of Rittman, OH and Derek Billups of Rittman, OH; Great-grandchildren, Phoenix and Asher Frazier, Daniel, Elliot, Jace and Paisley Dennis, and Alani Gee. Steve or as they knew him ‘Pappy” loved all these children dearly.  Siblings, Marlene Reiff of FL, Gail Keen of Rittman, OH, Tony (Naomi) Workman of Summersville, Bruce (Sandy) Workman of Norton, OH, Brien (Karen) Workman of Rittman, OH.  Steve also leaves behind several other family members and friends, including brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be Monday, October 23, 2023, at Wilson-Smith Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m.  Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at Wilson-Smith Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Minister Wayne Litton officiating.  Burial will follow at Ramsey Cemetery, Dog Run.
